THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVERegistration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseHigh level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent clinical experience in an Aged Care environment and knowledge of relevant legislationExperience in leading people and building a positive team cultureDemonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work well in a team environment
